Kids Courses

Conditions:

• All course fees must be paid before the beginning of the course.
• A refund of course fees is possible only in exceptional cases and is paid in the form of a credit note for the next quarter (not transferable, no cash).
• Used textbooks may not be returned and must be paid.
• Missed lessons will not be refunded
• Helvetic Institute reserves the right to refuse admission, suspend, or expel a student in cases of serious misconduct, repeated disruption, non-compliance with school policies, or behaviour that negatively affects the safety, wellbeing, or learning environment of other students or staff.

Holiday Camps

Conditions:

• Camp places are confirmed upon registration and invoice issuance.
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise stated.
• As places are limited, timely payment is required to secure the reservation.
• Cancellations are only considered in exceptional cases and any approved refund will be issued as a credit note (non-transferable, no cash refund).
• Missed camp days are non-refundable.
• Helvetic Institute reserves the right to make reasonable changes to excursions, activities, or scheduling where necessary.
• Helvetic Institute reserves the right to refuse admission, suspend, or expel a student in cases of serious misconduct, repeated disruption, non-compliance with school policies, or behaviour that negatively affects the safety, wellbeing, or learning environment of other students or staff.

Adult Courses

Conditions:*(double lesson 2x 40, 10min break)

In-company Course

Conditions:

• All course fees must be paid before the beginning of the course.

• Used textbooks may not be returned and must be paid.
• Cancellation of Private lessons at least 24 hours in advance.
• Missed lessons will not be refunded
