Our Phonics Level 3 course is designed for children who are already reading with growing confidence and are ready to take the next step towards stronger, more fluent, and more independent reading.

At this stage, children move beyond simple decoding and begin learning how to read more smoothly, understand meaning more clearly, and apply stronger spelling patterns in both reading and writing. This is where children move from learning to read towards becoming confident readers who can approach new words and longer texts with much greater independence.

Students strengthen their understanding of long vowel patterns, vowel teams, r-controlled vowels, diphthongs, prefixes, suffixes, and more complex word structures. They also begin reading longer and multi-syllable words with greater confidence, helping improve reading fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and comprehension.
